Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Bourbon for the Cause VIP Membership program, offered by Bourbon for the Cause, a business dedicated to fostering a bourbon enthusiast community while raising funds for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. By purchasing or participating in a VIP membership, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy at THIS LINK. The program includes three tiers—Distiller’s Select, Small Batch, and Single Barrel—providing exclusive bourbon experiences, member-only events, and partner discounts. VIP membership is open to U.S. residents aged 21 or older, except where prohibited by law. Residents of states with restrictive subscription or alcohol laws are ineligible. Employees, contractors, or affiliates of Bourbon for the Cause, its nonprofit partners, or reward partners, and their immediate family members, are not eligible.

The VIP Membership program offers three tiers with the following benefits, subject to availability and legal restrictions:

Distiller’s Select ($17/month or $170/year): 1,500 free entries to public campaigns, doubled purchased entries, 1 entry to monthly VIP-only events, and 20% off partner discounts (e.g., homewetbar.com).

Small Batch ($27/month or $270/year): 3,000 free entries to public campaigns, doubled purchased entries, 3 entries to monthly VIP-only events, and 20% off partner discounts.

Single Barrel ($47/month or $470/year): 5,000 free entries to public campaigns, doubled purchased entries, 5 entries to monthly VIP-only events, 1 entry to weekly VIP-only events, 3,000 entries to Across the Board Campaigns (non-bourbon experiences), 20% off partner discounts, and a personalized welcome gift.

Benefits are non-transferable and may vary based on campaign availability or legal restrictions. Bourbon for the Cause reserves the right to modify benefits with notice via email or the membership page.

Membership fees are charged via Stripe, our secure payment processor, upon sign-up and recur monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Monthly fees are $17 (Distiller’s Select), $27 (Small Batch), or $47 (Single Barrel). Annual fees ($170, $270, $470) are discounted and charged upfront. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and notifying us of changes at sip@bourbonforthecause.com.

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting sip@bourbonforthecause.com or by calling us at (405) 757-0872. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied. Refunds are subject to applicable law; requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of a charge, subject to review. Partial refunds for annual plans may be considered on a case-by-case basis, per Oklahoma law.

Bourbon for the Cause may terminate or suspend your membership for non-payment, violation of these terms, or illegal activity, with notice via email. Upon termination, benefits cease, and no refunds are issued unless required by law.

We collect personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number, payment details) to administer memberships and deliver benefits. Your information is securely stored and used per our Privacy Policy at THIS LINK. By joining, you consent to communications regarding your membership, campaigns, and nonprofit initiatives. If you opt in to SMS/MMS text messaging, additional terms apply (see Section 12 below).

Free entries and event participation are credited automatically upon campaign launch or event scheduling. Partner discounts are provided via email. The Single Barrel personalized welcome gift is delivered within 90 days of sign-up, subject to availability. Alcohol-related benefits (e.g., bourbon campaign entries) require age verification and compliance with state laws ([37A O.S. § 3-106](https://www.oscn.net/applications/oscn/DeliverDocument.asp?CiteID=480667)). If delivery is restricted, alternatives will be provided. Members are responsible for taxes or fees on physical rewards (e.g., welcome gift), reportable to the IRS if applicable.

A portion of membership fees supports 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, such as Folds of Honor, as part of our mission. Net proceeds account for operational costs, including marketing and benefit fulfillment.

Bourbon for the Cause, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for damages, losses, or injuries arising from membership participation or benefit use, except as required by law. Benefits are provided “as is” without warranties.

These Terms are governed by Oklahoma law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Opt‑In Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and choosing to receive text messages from Bourbon for the Cause, you expressly consent to receive SMS and MMS messages (collectively, “Text Messages”) regarding your membership, campaign participation, event information, nonprofit initiatives, promotions, and transactional updates. Messages may be sent using automatic telephone dialing systems or other technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase or membership.

Purpose and Frequency

Text Messages may include order confirmations, membership notices, campaign alerts, event reminders, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies depending on activity and engagement.

Opt‑Out

You may cancel receipt of Text Messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt‑out. For additional assistance, reply HELP or contact sip@bourbonforthecause.com or (405) 757‑0872. Your opt‑out request may take a short period to process, but we will honor it promptly.

Carrier and Cost Disclosures

Bourbon for the Cause does not charge a separate fee for Text Messages; however, your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. You are responsible for those charges. Message frequency may vary by carrier.

Privacy and Data Use

Your phone number, message content, and engagement data are collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your mobile data. We may share information with trusted service providers who transmit or manage Text Messages on our behalf under confidentiality and security obligations.

Disclaimer

Delivery of Text Messages is subject to effective transmission by your carrier, and we are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. By opting in, you acknowledge that these communications may use automated technology and authorize us to contact you at the number provided in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and related FCC regulations.

Membership is void where prohibited. Bourbon for the Cause may modify these terms or the program with notice via email or the membership page.
